ABOUT ME
From a young age I was drawn to illustration and the creative arts, and that love has followed me throughout my life. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me experimenting with different creative hobbies, from sketching and painting to exploring new materials and techniques.
My work is largely inspired by whimsical characters, nature, and an appreciation for texture. I’m fascinated by how small details and tactile surfaces can bring a scene to life, giving it warmth, charm, and a sense of story. Alongside my character-driven illustration work, I also create pattern designs that feature playful motifs, organic shapes, and decorative storytelling elements. I love blending modern design elements with more traditional illustration, finding a balance between simplicity, imagination, and visual impact.
A significant part of my practice focuses on children’s storytelling, where I create characters and scenes that feel both magical and relatable. My aim is always to spark curiosity, encourage wonder, and make young readers feel invited into the world on the page.
Through colour, shape, and personality driven artwork, I bring narratives to life in a way that feels joyful, textured, and full of character.
